Pioneers’ learners are taught in small groups, with core subject lessons every day and afternoon sessions that focus on personal development, leadership enhancing qualifications like the Duke of Edinburgh, and elected options subjects.

Everyday starts and ends with tutor contact, to enable the establishment of strong relationships, facilitate reflection on the best bits of the day and allow the setting of targets for improvement.
